All squads follow the New Zealand school term which is typically 10 weeks. Coast tennis offers a minimum of 8 weeks which is determined based on coach availability. Cancellations due unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies or the weather will be posted on the Facebook page (Waikanae Beach Tennis Club or Tawa Tennis Club). If less than the 8 weeks of coaching occurs due to cancellations by the coach then a make up lesson over the holidays will be offered, or a discount on holiday camps.

Lessons not attended by the child due to other school activities or sickness will not be counted as having missed a lesson, of course if your child suffers a broken arm or misses half the term or more due to serious circumstances then please feel free to email explaining the matter as we will be happy to offer a term discount.

A minimum of 4 players must be reached in each squad in order for the squad to go ahead. Other options will be available if your squad time is cancelled.
